Ippolito founded Spagnuolo Legal with a clear and deliberate vision: to elevate the standard in Accident Benefits representation through a modern, client-first, results-driven approach. Ippolito brings a composed and strategic approach in high-pressure situations, with strong negotiation skills and persistent advocacy to every matter he handles.
Ippolito's primary area of practice is Statutory Accident Benefits claims, where he represents individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents who are seeking medical rehabilitation, attendant care, income replacement, non-earner, and other benefits. His practice includes managing complex disputes and representing clients before the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT) in Accident Benefits matters. Ippolito is a Licensed Paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and is licensed to provide legal services in Ontario. In addition to Accident Benefits claims, he also assists clients with Civil Litigation Disputes (Small Claims Court) and Provincial Offences matters, including Highway Traffic Act offences. Ippolito is also a Notary Public (Ontario).
Ippolito is conversational in Italian. Outside of the firm, he enjoys spending time with family, watching and playing sports, and travelling.
